WebBeatTM: End-to-End Monitoring of E-Commerce Services

IQ Services' WebBeatTM monitors the end-to-end availability and performance of your contact center's e-commerce systems. Test transactions can be launched every hour or several times per hour.

By running test transactions that access your Web site via the Internet and using it as regular customers would, home page, secure login, secure access to information and response times are verified.

If the system fails to handle a test transaction as you specify, IQ Services immediately generates one or more notification messages to inform you of the specific issue. Notification messages can be delivered via telephone or e-mail to a help desk, an individual, a voice mailbox or a pager. Escalations and other notification options are available.

Augmenting the error notifications are HTML response files from your e-commerce server in both HTML and HTML source views. These are available to you via the IQ Services' Monitor Control Web Site (MCWS) or as attachments to an e-mail notification. These files allow you to see what is causing the error and go quickly to the source of the problem. The HTML response files are immediately available to you via e-mail or the Monitor Control website.
