Codima autoVoIP
Introduction
Codima's autoVoIP™ application combines into one economic and sensationally easy-to-use package the different functions necessary to carry out both pre-deployment testing and ongoing management tasks for VoIP networks. In particular, its ease-of-use and dashboard-style overview makes it ideal for help-desk and network operations centres.
autoVoIP automatically gathers information about quality of service parameters, including delay, lost packets and jitter, the state of the network, its topology and potential problems on the communication path. It correlates and filters this information and presents it through an easily understandable grid-style overview. At a glance, the user can identify problem phones or errors, and is just a click away from pre-filtered detailed reports on the phone or problem area as well as service assurance reports.
Express Distributed Probe Solution
The autoAnalyzer and autoVoIP are software probes that runs on a PC with a network interface card to locally manage, monitor and diagnose an Ethernet, Fast Ethernet or Gigabit network segment. They communicate and report via a highly-efficient proprietary protocol to the Express Console Manager.
The autoAnalyzer and autoVoIP systems provide on-the-spot troubleshooting and is a diagnostic tool for the travelling network technician. They can be left at a remote site and managed remotely by the Express Console Manager.
autoVoIP Highlights:
- Ease of deployment, starts monitoring immediately. Minimal to zero configuration.
- Dashboard approach and One-Click Managementâ„¢ makes the product easy to drive and highly useful.
