  • BLACKVOX Playback - Playback allows for local or network playback of record stored and recorded by the BLACKVOX system.
  • BLACKVOX System Status - System Status displays the status of the channels currently being recroded and allows for monitoring capabilities
  • BLACKVOX User Manager - User Manager allows access to recording channels to be specified on a per-user basis
  • BLACKVOX Archive Client - Archive Client Displays the archive status in addition to preparing and changing archive media
  • BLACKVOX Scheduled Recording - This application alllows the system user to schedule the recrding of specific line users. This BLACKVOX Component is specific to the needs of call centers.

Special Features

Agent ID Integration

Agent ID Integration allows console commands to be inserted into an Agent Scripting Package to automatically inform BLACKVOX when agents log in and out.

Event Recording

BLACKVOX Triggered Event Recording Interface (TERI) enables to recording start and stop to be controlled automatically from an Agent Scripting Package or manually with an icon on the agent’s PC Desktop.

Direct Digital Integration (DDI)

The BLACKVOX Voice Recorder utilizes original digital speech to maximize recording quality and minimize cost and maintenance.

Peace of Mind Redundancy

BLACKVOX provides several redundancy options for extra protection of critical installations. The system can be configured with redundant hard drives and power supplier maintaining system performance in the event of a componenet failure. Dual DVD-RAM drives can be configured as redundant to provide duplicate copies of archive media.

Digital and Analog Interfaces

BLACKVOX can connect directly to standard analog telephones, radio console recording outputs, digital telephone lines from specific systems, and digital trunks.

PBX Caller ID Integration

BlACKVOX can connect directly to the SMDR output of several PBX’s to capture Caller ID information of incoming calls. This information is then stored in the Recordings database allowing searches by Caller ID in addition to the other search criteria mentioned.

E911 ANI Integration

BLACKVOX integrates with E911 installations to automatically collect the caller’s number (ANI) allowing you to search for recordings by Caller’s number as well as the other search criteria mentioned. IN the near future, PANDA VOICE will introduce the ability to search by Caller’s location (AU) as well.
