Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) Alignment Study (2007)

The 2007 Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) Alignment Study for contact centers in Canada is now available on the ORCCA website. The response to the survey from contact center managers from across the country was excellent. Over 320 managers from in-house and outsourced contact Centrex work establishments took time between May and September, 2007 to participate in this study which provides us with a rich source of data to examine this dynamic environment.
